I saw this while cleaning my mail box. I use Switzerland Condensed a lot in lyrics. It's so narrow I can switch to 14 pt. and the lyrics are much more readable than using the default font.

It's not free but you may find a free substitute. However, it is not so expensive to buy single fonts from Adobe, anyway.
