Is there a way to search (but not replace) certain articulations in a score?
Hmm, good question.
If nobody else comes up with a method, I can make up a kludge.
Go to the Articulation Selection dialogue box, and create an articulation that is something big and ugly, like an Arial Black capital V at 28 points.
Find the articulation that you want to search for, and duplicate it (because you are going to need it!)
Then go back to the one you want to search for and hit Delete. You will be told that this is being used, and do you want to replace it? Say yes and replace it with the big ugly thing.
Now you can quickly skim through the score looking for the big ugly V, make note of it when you find it, and then go back and Delete the big ugly thing, replacing it with the duplicate of the articulation that you previously deleted.
