And while you're at it, ask them why include fonts doesn't seem to work. If I try to print a word-processing document with EPSs embedded on another computer that doesn't have jef chippewa's special JazzCord font on it, then all the chord symbols show up as Courier.

Given all of the problems with low-res EPS display and lack of portability to other computers, is there any reason why you don't use PDFs for your musical examples instead of EPS? That strikes me as a much better solution, which happens to solve both of those problems in one go.
