I have not seen any answers to this yet.

I place the TIFF files directly into Finale using the graphics tool, where
they can be resized by dragging the handles.

For examples, please check the PDFs of "Bales, Barrels & Cones" (bales.pdf)
and "RatGeyser" (ratgeyser.pdf) from 
   http://maltedmedia.com/people/bathory/music/pdf/
"Bales" uses the screen-captured output of Sonar track view, saved as TIFF
files. "RayGeyser" uses screen captures from the earlier Cakewalk Pro Audio
track view, which was a bit more rudimentary.

Because of their size, I have not included my usual Finale ETF files for
these online, but if you would like a copy of "Bales", please let me know.
(It's about 22MB.)
