I have not seen any answers to this yet. I place the TIFF files directly into Finale using the graphics tool, where they can be resized by dragging the handles. For examples, please check the PDFs of "Bales, Barrels & Cones" (bales.pdf) and "RatGeyser" (ratgeyser.pdf) from http://maltedmedia.com/people/bathory/music/pdf/ "Bales" uses the screen-captured output of Sonar track view, saved as TIFF files. "RayGeyser" uses screen captures from the earlier Cakewalk Pro Audio track view, which was a bit more rudimentary. Because of their size, I have not included my usual Finale ETF files for these online, but if you would like a copy of "Bales", please let me know. (It's about 22MB.)
