Isn't that what MicNotator is all about? I have never used it, probably never will, and doubt that this is a very efficient way to enter music, but that's what I understand it does. Although...

You say that you want Finale to _sound_ more realistic. I am not sure what you are after. If you want to make an audio recording then you should use such software. Finale cannot do that (why would it?). But then I may be misunderstanding you.
