Nope.
A healthy company runs by Marketing Dep, who decides what dev resource
would be spent.  Obviously, bug fix won't gain their capital in their
mind until a big customer such as a sales prep in a country of big
market complains, but not the end user like us.  They need a financial
threat on the table to make a move.

Think about it.  I have seen many companies which was run by talented
engineers goes down because they care their products than money, y'know.
