Well, it wouldn't benefit me, since I almost never extract parts. My work is about 99% piano-vocal or choral, so there's never any parts to extract.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not opposed to the feature. Obviously it's important to a lot of users. I'm just contesting your implication that it's good for everyone.
