Since you seem to have lost the original context of my comments, 
refer to:

That page says as part of the *new* features:

     Now you can apply discrete Human Playback styles to specific
     regions of your piece.

The screenshot appears to be the exact same UI as the plugin, which 
suggest that is *is* the plugin that was already in 2005 (or 
earlier?), which means it is *not* a new feature.

So, as I said, the web page is misleading, if not outright lying.

And it's still not the implementation I would choose, since it's 
really only something you'd do as the last step in producing a MIDI 
performance, since you wouldn't want to apply the HP data to an 
incomplete piece.
