Appreciate if you could elaborate. One of the things got me so puzzled was that "modwheel". I am a flute player, and am not familiar with "modwheel". I am much more comfortable who tells me in CC number. Since GPO shell allows me, I rerouted CC1 to CC7, and I thought I can forget about "modwheel" myth, no? My point was that I don't need to do any tricks to play .mid file to my hardware samplers such as K2600Rs. I only need to do a few patch changes when needed, i.e., strings tremolo or trill, which can not be done with software sample player. One other thing is that my K2600Rs have much finer velocity switches with seamless crossfade, which makes articulation much easier. I just tried to play the same sequence on QSR. The result was much similar to K2600R phrasing wise, just crappy samples. -- - Hiro Hiroaki Honshuku, A-NO-NE Music, Boston, MA <http://a-no-ne.com> <http://anonemusic.com> _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
