Maybe that's because you don't see all the work that Sibelius employees are doing that *isn't* in public. Someone forwarded my posts to this forum about trying out the Sibelius demo to Daniel Spreadbury and he answered me in great detail and at great length, and then engaged in a lengthy and quite interesting discussion of the points I'd raised. He spent *hours* responding to my emails. And all of it in private. No one from MakeMusic or Coda has ever gone the extra mile in that fashion. And he's not even a subscriber to this mailing list! So, I'm sorry, but your claim just doesn't hold up. -- David W.
