They should have installed with the program. The fonts are all included
on the installation CD. You didn't mention whether you're installing
them on Macs or PCs. I seem to recall some discussion of font problems
on Macs, which involved trashing some file or other and letting the
computer rebuild it, but I don't know Macs at all and may be remembering
incorrectly.
On a PC, I can't think of why you wouldn't be able simply to install
Finale2003 and have everything work. Maybe the original .mus file is
looking for some non-Finale music font, in which case you simply have to
copy that font file from some computer that has it.
