I was playing with this on a Mac earlier today, so I suppose I should have seen the same thing as you. But then again, I was getting frustrated and I might be remembering wrongly. >> That Player window title is misleading, if it's true that channels >> 9-16 are actually unavailable... > > Yeah, but you can see what they were trying to tell you: the first > player instance maps to channels 1-16, but only the first 8 are > available. Well, I've been an official Mac "switcher" for only a couple of years, so I've never run into anything like this. In fact, I still do any MIDI sequencing that's necessary via Cakewalk Pro Audio or Sonar on a Windows machine. Hopefully my total experience with FinMac2k6 is better than today turned out. By the way, the copy of Finale I use at work has a Mac serial number, but at home it was originally a Windows install. Had I not read this list or used Finale at work, I would never have known about the AppSupport deletion... which is a case-in-point for Finale to send out the warning email to registered Windows users as well. -- Brad Beyenhof [EMAIL PROTECTED] my blog: http://augmentedfourth.blogspot.com Life would be so much easier if only (3/2)^12=(2/1)^7. _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
