Yes.

Sort of. There is a graphical mod wheel on the Kontakt Player that you will have to drag up on every instrument that you load if you want to actually hear it during Speedy Entry. Playback should be unaffected, though.

Same answer. There are workarounds, but it's much nicer having a mod wheel.

MIDI controllers with mod wheels (and no built-in sounds) are very inexpensive. Just buy one.
