Rather than trying to expand it using stuffit (which doesn't work for me either), double click on it - it's a zip file (if it's the one I donwloaded) and can be expanded by the finder just by double clicking. Just in case that doesn't work for you, try this: http://www.digitalmusicart.com/GPO_OSX_Updater.app.sit.bin I'll leave the file up for a bit in case anyone else has the same problem.
