Finale will re-create it. Again, deleting it does not affect your
actual preferences.
I'm not sure what's up with these two pref files, but the only one
that actually seems to actually store your prefs is "Finale 2006
Preferences." Removing or deleting "com.makemusicFinale.plist"
doesn't seem to do anything -- except help with the laggy Mass Edit
selection problem.
