Oh come on, Andrew, there are lots of different way in which it can "not work", and yelling at people certainly won't get you an answer. Did you switch it on? Do you get an HP progress dialog when you click play? It's very difficult to trouble shoot anyting if you just say it doesn't work. If you say "my car doesn#t work" what do you mean by it?
