Upon further investigation, it appears that not only were smart shapes
(meas) removed from Fin06 copy/replace, but the removal bears all the
earmarks of having been done deliberately. I keep hearing from MM
employees that they in fact use Finale for making music and not just as
a job, but decisions like this cause their claims to strain all my
belief muscles to the breaking point.
I would hope they hear a massive outcry about it.
I shouldn't complain I suppose, since I stand to gain in the plugin
department. But I just hate stupid decisions that affect my life, esp.
when MM can little afford to be so stupid in the face of its current
competition.
