TGTools>Music>Cross Staff...
I uncheck all of the boxes except "Remove Existing Cross-staff Data"
which must be checked. Radio Buttons set to "Pitches All" and "Cross
Notes to which staff" set according to the way the music is in the
measures you are deleting the cross staff data on. Click Go. It may
take a minute to run but just let it be. That should do it.

Say, is there a way to mass delete these pesky cross staff notes?
I'm doing a reduction and I got a lot of 'em.
