I don't know exactly. IIRC, the actual power consumption of
Freescale's mobile G4's is similar to the Pentium M -- but the
Pentium M gets much better performance per watt, which is why Pentium
M laptops run rings around current PowerBooks.
And these new Intel Merom mobile chips are going to scream.
Excellent performance, extremely low power consumption, much longer
battery life.
