If the music is very simple, you can save it as TIF in acrobat
professional or print it and scan it and try and recognice it in
Finale. However, you might be faster just to enter it manually and do
the changes you want.
Depends on what you want to do. PDF is a format for text and
graphics, not music score. While Finale is able to read in TIFs
(graphics format) and recognice simple music scores, it won't read
lyrics etc. and won't read complexer scores well.
if you only want to touch up "graphics", you might import it to
photoshop or illustrator and do things there.

I would like to bring an acrobat PDF score into finale for some
touch up, but I'm beginning to think it cannot be done
directly. Any hints from the guru's here? Thank you.
