Dan Kury used Digital Performer to create this demo. I imagine it
would be theoretically possible to do something like this directly in
Finale, but it would take an awful lot of work.
I also discovered that Andy Brick <http://www.andybrick.com/
home.html> is the person who created the GPO Finale Edition demos on
MakeMusic's website.
