Well, there's still the backup file, but if you've saved twice since 
the bug hit, you've lost that, too.

My experience with all sorts of computer backup systems is that one 
never loses data when only one of them fails -- it always takes 
multiple failures, and the risk of 3 layers of backup failing is much 
higher than you'd think -- precisely because a human being is 
involved!
