Shouldn't that be the shipping department, though?

Thanks for keeping us posted -- I was genuinely wondering what was up.

They're just really busy because we just started shipping PrintMusic.

Hi, Finale People!
Just sent this bug report to winsupport --
I *assume* it's a bug ... but please let me know if I've missed
something obvious in the program options, etc.

Good morning! Just discovered this disturbing bug, easily replicated:
* Finale2006 PC
* for two subsequent systems
* create a slur between a note in layer1 in the first system to a note
in layer2 in the second system
* the slur does not appear on the first system, only on the bottom
system. I guess I have to go back to using Finale2005 so that I'm not
wasting my time making imperfect scores in Finale2006 :(
Okay, thanks for taking care of this promptly.

Do let us know when you get a response from the dear folks at winsupport
-- I sent a message (actually 2, since I forgot to attach a file to the
first message) at around 8am, Eastern Daylight Time, Wednesday the 26th
and haven't even gotten a "we're too busy to contact you personally yet
so this is generated by a robot so you don't think we're ignoring you --
please stand by and we'll get to you eventually" reply yet.

Maybe Minnesota was hit by the hurricanes and power's out there, too?
