Taking orders?

I just went down and talked to my customer support person.

I said, "What if a customer called and was complaining about a bug in Version X and you told him it was fixed in Version Y?"
And then the customer says, "OK, I'd like to buy Version Y."

The answer is, call your local dealer, or order it on the e-store.

Customer support NEVER takes orders for product.

Customer support is not the sales organization.
