This morning, Win support wrote me back and told me exact just what I
did, remove Finale keys under Current_User.  Ha :-)

I actually suggested them to walk away from VISE installer, which isn't
easy since its installer script requires a lot of resources they already
invested in.  I am telling you, multiple VISE installed app does cause
problems.  I have quite a few, all are virtual instruments running on
Win2K receiving MIDI and returning digital audio signal via RME to Mac
side.  And always problem surfaces when you run uninstall.
