Then you'd call Tech Support after 5 or 6 pots worth of grounds
disappeared, and they'd say they've never heard of the brand of
coffee you use, and IT must be the cause of your problem. You can't
expect a coffeemaker to work properly with every single brand of
coffee ever made, now, can you???...if they had to test it with every
brand of coffee they'd go broke, and they'd all die of caffeine
poisoning because, after all, they are a small company. Jim W.
A small company which really prefers tea to begin with, so they don't
really understand coffee, but they added the Finale Coffeepot (tm)
because so many of their largest customers were asking for it.
FinaleCoffeepot(tm)2006a is now available but all it does by way of
improvement over FinaleCoffeepot(tm)2006 is automatically pour a cup
when its done brewing, provided the grounds haven't disappeared first --
they're working on that issue and are confused as to why coffee doesn't
come in tidy little bags to begin with. Oh, wait, it DOES come in tidy
little bags -- they'll include that option in FinaleCoffeepot(tm)2007 at
the normal $90 upgrade fee, which will also include the ability to
automatically add creamer to your cup, which you'll be forced to pay for
even if you don't use cream in your coffe.
