Assuming you are non Mac(?),
You can stop FinMac2006 to load GPO by removing Finale GPO.component
which is located at:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
After you verify FinMac2006 launches without FinGPO, now you can safely
remove all the samples FinGPO installed to the location you specified.
