Hi Darcy,
I had this problem too and I remember it had something to do with the
settings in "Items to Copy". As I recall I had changed the settings in
a way so that the PI didn't "take".
Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'm pretty sure that if you check
those settings to what you normally would like them to be when copying,
the PI problem will go away.
It could be worth a try.

I can't get TGTools "Smart Explosion of Multi-Part Staves" to work in
Finale 2006a. I keep getting an error message (which is only partly
legible, because some of the text is cut off), but here's what I can
