Heh heh, yes that is the kludging I was talking about.
If there is a passage in the piano RH where he wants a quarter note
dyad stems up, with two eighth notes note stems down, this gets rather
clumsy. It would probably be quicker to enter the two eighths manually
in layer 2, delete the two notes from layer 1, then change the
eighth-note dyad followed by an eighth rest to a quarter note.
If you know of a faster way, share!
