When an app crashes, OSX brings out a dialog "Do you want to report to
Apple?", which is kinda moot since Apple won't take a look at 3rd party
app crash log, but you can copy the crash log from that dialog box to a
text file, which you should send to MM! support.
If you send it to me, I can take a look at it and might see something
with my half-baked uneducated guesses, but I am not a printer expert, tho :-)
P.S. You also find your crash logs at:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/
..which can be accessed from Console.app, but it contains all the
history of the crash and the file will be huge at your crash rate :-)
