Bank money transfer (our account number will be sent by mail)
Postal money order
Cheque (only for Belgium)
Cash (EUR only)

As for Ghent, there is always the option of re-encoding the font. I
don't know if you have tools for that. Typetool, the entry level font
editing from FontLab, might work well for that. I'm not sure of the
legal considerations as long as you use it for your personal needs.
