So, there is no way re-link the existing text block to File Info, I
guess.  I don't really know what happened, but my default.mus no longer
has them linked :-(


Yes, now that I understand what you're asking, you certainly can do what you want.

Simply open a text block where you want the title to be, then under the Text menu, click on Insert and select Title. You'll see the generic item title surrounded by the little box, and if you go to the File Info and enter a title there, it will be entered into your linked text-box.

You just have to recreate the text blocks you want in your default file, and use the Text/Insert menu to place the items where you want them.
