If memory serves (and sometimes it doesn't) you can get rid of measure
lines through Options>Document Options>Barlines.
Not as sure about meter markings - I rarely put them in (they're
expressions, right - so just don't create or select one).
As for accidentals, if you select a "Neutral key" (look in the manual)
it is possible, but it's a nuisance some times.
