Well, it's possible to open the Page Setup for each file in sequence
with this script:

batch process folder
execute menu item "page setup"
save
close

Granted, you will have to manually make the change to each file, but
you won't have to manually open the dialog box, or manually open the
files. The script will be paused until you click OK in the dialog, so
you can do as many changes as you need to each file's Page Setup.
