Maybe because you are on Windows? Back then, they had no phone number listed to call so I had to call the headquarters to find someone will talk to me. I was so upset just installing OfficeX killed my OSX. I just went their site and I see they have changed. Sorry for this OT, but I never received any help from them in my past. P.S. Because Microsoft products sold in US isn't supported running on Japanese locale (both Mac and Win even though OSes sold here supports different locales!), and they prohibits US reseller to sell non US version of their products in US, and I paid full for Office 97 Japanese, not even they don't honor upgrade path, they forced me to purchase OfficeX from certified importer after I was refused to return English version. Oh I am still angry with M$. I think I have continued this OT long enough.
