| I feel this way too and always work with engraver slurs off. I've seen so many people having trouble with it that I feel good with this decision. The engraver slurs need need tweaking anyway. And since articulations can be taken into consideration in the placement I still get some benefits too. But I know this will likely not be the consensus on the list. Just my opinion.
