This style is not one of the presets in Fin 2003, but you can define it as a
staff style by going through the Staff Attributes box as I outlined before.
Then you could export it as a library, and import it into a new doc. This
would give you the option of showing fretboards only for just part of the
file by applying this style. If the whole thing is that way, it's probably
more straightforward just to do the Staff Attributes.
