Hi Simon,

About a year ago Darcy notified us here on the list of the donationware
Screen Spanning Doctor, which I never tried because I had been told by Apple
that the iMac only supported mirroring in a second monitor.  An extended
desktop was one of my requirements for the new machine I was going to buy
but I would have bought the iMac G5 if I had heard about this software a few
months earlier.  I went with the PowerPC over the iMac because of its
extended desktop capability.
