And possibly from the same instrument: IIRC, Bill Evans made one of his 
recordings on an instrument owned or used frequently by Glenn Gould, or at 
least was photographed sitting at it.
Or is that another myth?

My first mature musical insight was the realisation that Glenn
Gould's Goldberg's and Bill Evans jazz albums came from very similar
musical minds.
