It depends on the browser. I use Firefox. I clear the cache before going to sites I might want to keep. The new large files that appear in the cache are likely the ones I want. I copy them to another directory, and rename them to their proper file type (.swf in this case). Other browsers keep the filetypes attached, so it's easier to see what you have.
