A paper vendor that services the printing trade should have this in stock. Major cities have several. If you check the website of offset printing manufacturers (four that I know of: International paper, Domtar, Georgia Pacific, and Wausau papers) you should find a list of merchants who carry their products in your vicinity. It might also be helpful to note that because of differernces in base measurements, 60 pound offset paper as 24 pound letter paper, and that 70 pound offset paper is the same weight as 28 pound letter paper. 32 pound letter paper is the same as 80 pound offset paper.
