If they were equal in value, I'd use the quick entry tool, and CTL-3 to
enter the tuplet values. But these note values stump me: 2 32nd notes
then followed by a dotted 16th?
If you have a method for getting this to work, please be detailed in you
keystrokes ;)

When I have an unusual tuplet like that to enter I always go to an empty
measure, enter the notes (2 32d's, 1 dotted 16th), then go to the Tuplet
Tool, enter the modification (5 32d's in the space of 4?), then Select
Partial measures, Cut, and Paste it into the target measure. It's time
consuming, but it generally works.
