Two 21" monitors are so great. The only thing I dislike is the focus.
With two monitors, the first mouse click in a different monitor only
shifts focus to that monitor. You have to click again to do something.

That only applies if there are two windows, one in each screen, IOW it
works exactly the same as two different windows on the SAME screen. If
you have dragged a window to a size where it appears on both screens,
it will be active over both screens, no extra clicking necessary.
