Highlight it with MassMover tool and then under the MassEdit Menu,
select Change and you can select the percentage to change the note
values by. Set this to 50%.
You can have the music rebarred or you can leave the 3 half-notes in
each measure, and then change the time signature but be sure to leave
Rebar Music unchecked.
