Options/Data Check/Swap One Font for Another
Select that, then scroll to the font you want replaced, set that.
Leaving the check boxes as they are will select all possibilities of
that font - sizes, styles, whatever. If you want only specific
instances, you can figure out how to limit the swap to those.
Then do the same for the font you want to use - replace with.......
and hit enter. That should work.
