Don't get me wrong, There are things I like about the two OS's, just enough things about them both that I dislike that I don't have a preference for either one. Example: I hate the fact that in most OSX apps closing the last window does not exit the app and the fact that I have to pick up the mouse more than I think I should. I dislike windows security (or lack there of) and the fact that you can't hit Window-D to show the desktop in an open or save dialog box.
I want my computer and OS to read my mind, doggone it! :-D Those are just my niggles. Like I said earlier, I wish I would have delayed my home computer upgrade for the MacIntels. I'm not a Linux guy either. There's something about having to go to the "Synaptic Package Manager" to install OS Add-ons that doesn't appeal to me ;-P > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Eric Dannewitz > Sent: Friday, April 07, 2006 3:02 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [Finale] OT: Mac OSX on Windows Machine? > > Ouch.
