Actually, true statistics tell you no such thing. Human intuition imagines that a random distribution will be a relatively even distribution. Statistical analysis of a random distribution demonstrates that such an even distribution is in fact exceptional and that true randomness should be expected to display clumping and gaps like this.

People having problems with Finale somewhere in the world isn't quite a random event, but the principle is the same.
