The name is: "Die Blümelein sie schlafen", and it originates in a collection published by Anton Wilhelm von Zuccalmaglio and  August Kretzschmer. Johannes Brahms wrote the arrangement. The melody is taken from a Christian song "Zu Bethlehem geboren
