Does anyone know of a Finale file of the four Seasons (Vivaldi)? I only want to save myself from having to enter it, I will re-edit it, and not use in its current form.
Surely it is readily available for purchase on paper?!! If you're going to re-edit, why not at least start with an edition for which the editor is identified.
I found MIDI files of it, but they seem to have interpreted trills, which means I would have to take them out.
I assume that you mean "interpolated" trills, which some editors feel should be done since many performers, and even many conductors, do not understand the use or structure of a proper baroque trill. When I have rehearsal time, I prefer to educate my players in how to trill, although I will often write in the required appoggiaturas.
