No. Booklet printing is not really supported by Finale in the first
place, it needs either a plugin (ie FinaleScript) or manual interaction
to get the correct page orders.
Perhaps Robert's PageMover plugin could be used to set creep, but that
would also work on the page layout directly, not on something which can
be changed for every printer easily.
